We want you to love every sip, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Moment order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Please note that due to the nature of our beverage products, we cannot accept returns on opened cans or partial packs.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
